Our commitment to digital accessibility for everyone.

EQUALLYZE Solutions Ltda. believes that the internet should be accessible and usable by all people, regardless of their abilities or limitations. Our commitment to accessibility is permanent and is part of our mission to make the digital environment more inclusive.

1. Commitment to accessibility

We strive to ensure that all people, including those with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive or other disabilities, can:

  • Navigate the site intuitively and safely;
  • Access all available features and information;
  • Enjoy an equitable and satisfactory digital experience.

We work to ensure our products and services comply with the main accessibility standards and guidelines.

2. Guidelines followed

We develop our website and platform in accordance with:

  • WCAG 2.2 - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, levels A and AA (international reference);
  • Law 13.146/2015 (LBI - Brazilian Inclusion Law), Art. 63 - legal obligation for website accessibility;
  • eMAG 3.1 - Government Electronic Accessibility Model (Brazilian technical reference);
  • ABNT NBR 17225:2025 - Accessibility in information technology (Brazilian technical standard).

We also adopt international references to provide the best possible experience.

3. Available accessibility resources

We have implemented various improvements to promote accessibility, such as:

  • Navigation compatible with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver);
  • Full functionality via keyboard (no mouse required);
  • Adequate contrast between text and backgrounds to facilitate reading;
  • Adjustable font sizes;
  • Clear identification of links, buttons and interactive elements;
  • Responsive layout for different screen sizes and mobile devices.

4. Continuous improvements

Equallyze is committed to continuous improvement of digital accessibility. We perform:

  • Frequent internal audits using our own Wally tool;
  • Corrections of any detected barriers;
  • Technological updates focused on inclusion;
  • Training of the development team in accessibility practices.
